This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle delivery, transportation, installation support, and related logistics for our products and services.

1. Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery and transportation support for generator sales, rental units, spare parts, panels, and related equipment to industrial, commercial, residential, construction, hospital, and oil field project sites across Pakistan.

Delivery availability depends on the customer’s location, project requirements, equipment size, road accessibility, and service schedule.

2. Delivery of Diesel Generators

Diesel generators are heavy-duty industrial equipment and require proper handling, loading, unloading, and transportation. Delivery arrangements are confirmed after reviewing:

• Generator capacity and size

• Rental or purchase requirement

• Site location and accessibility

• Crane, lifter, or loading/unloading requirements

• Installation and commissioning needs

• Delivery urgency and availability of equipment

For large generator sets, delivery charges and logistics requirements may vary based on distance, equipment weight, and site conditions.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of quotation or order confirmation. Standard delivery time may vary depending on:

• Product availability

• Generator capacity required

• Customer location

• Transportation arrangements

• Road and weather conditions

• Site readiness

• Any special installation requirements

For urgent rental power requirements, we try our best to arrange fast delivery subject to equipment availability and logistics feasibility.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping, transportation, loading, unloading, and installation-related charges are not fixed and may vary depending on the nature of the order.

Charges may be based on:

• Delivery location

• Generator size and capacity

• Distance from our facility

• Type of vehicle required

• Crane/lifter or manpower requirement

• Rental duration or purchase agreement

• Site access conditions

All applicable delivery and logistics charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Spare Parts & Smaller Equipment Delivery

For diesel generator spare parts, electrical components, panels, accessories, and smaller equipment, delivery may be arranged through company transport, courier service, or third-party logistics provider depending on the product type and destination.

Delivery time and charges for spare parts will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, the customer is responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate delivery address

• Sharing site contact person details

• Ensuring site access for delivery vehicle

• Arranging necessary entry permissions where required

• Confirming availability of unloading space

• Informing us in advance about any road restrictions, height restrictions, or site access limitations

• Ensuring the site is ready for generator placement, installation, or commissioning

If delivery is delayed due to incomplete information, restricted access, or site unavailability, additional transportation or waiting charges may apply.

7. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the delivered equipment at the time of receiving. Any visible damage, missing item, or delivery issue should be reported immediately to our team.

For rental generators, the condition of the equipment will be checked before dispatch and may also be inspected at the customer site during handover.

8. Installation & Commissioning

Delivery of generators may be provided with installation, testing, and commissioning support where required. Installation services are subject to project scope, technical requirements, and prior agreement.

Our technical team can assist with generator placement, cable connection guidance, testing, load verification, and operational support as per the agreed service terms.

9. Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Traffic or road blockage

• Weather conditions

• Vehicle breakdown

• Security restrictions

• Remote site accessibility

• Customer-side site readiness issues

• Unforeseen technical or operational delays

In such cases, our team will coordinate with the customer and provide updated delivery information.

10. Rental Generator Pickup / Return

For rental generator services, pickup or return arrangements will be made as per the rental agreement. The customer must ensure the generator is accessible for pickup and returned in the same working condition, except for normal operational use.

Any damage, missing parts, fuel issues, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may be charged separately as per the rental terms.

11. Changes to Delivery Address

Any change in delivery address must be communicated before dispatch. If the equipment has already been dispatched, additional transportation charges may apply.
